Sutter Gould Stockton Medical Office Building & Imaging Center
This project was built under a modified design build contract. Special emphasis was placed on providing the owner with a data and communication system that would link their existing systems. Untraditionally, the framing started metal stud framing on the third floor and worked the way down. This allowed Sutter Gould the opportunity to complete the purchasing of their new imaging equipment. Also part of the scope was the widening of Hammer Lane and Don Ave with changes to the existing storm system, relocation of a traffic light, and connection to City utilities.
