Sutter Gould Briggsmore Specialty Center

The Briggsmore Specialty Center in Modesto was the first new medical office building to be constructed on the Memorial campus since 1982. One of the challenges faced during the project was the simultaneous start of the $150 Million North Tower Addition, thus maintaining traffic flow and project cleanliness was critical. C.T. Brayton & Sons coordinated interior design and color choices with the architect, doctors office staff, and Sutter Gould Facility Directors.
