C.T. Brayton & Sons completed a major expansion for The Wine Group’s Ripon facility, constructing a 510,000-square-foot warehouse and an additional 6,000 square feet of office space using standard concrete tilt-up construction. The project incorporated daylighting through skylights to improve the interior environment while delivering a durable, high-performance industrial facility designed to support large-scale wine production, storage, and distribution operations.

The completed expansion significantly increased The Wine Group’s storage and operational capacity while providing modern office space to support daily business functions. Through quality tilt-up construction and thoughtful design features, C.T. Brayton & Sons delivered an efficient industrial facility built to support long-term growth, productivity, and distribution throughout the region.
