Brayton & Sons completed the 17,402-square-foot tenant improvement for the Sutter Health Tracy Hills Primary and Urgent Care Clinic, transforming an existing building into a modern outpatient healthcare facility. The project included more than 30 exam, treatment, and procedure rooms, along with dedicated X-ray and laboratory spaces, creating a comprehensive medical environment designed to provide efficient, high-quality care for the growing Tracy Hills community.
