+ Project Summary
Project Overview & Scope
C.T. Brayton & Sons constructed the new 44,000-square-foot Briggsmore Specialty Center for Sutter Gould Medical Foundation in Modesto, California. As the first new medical office building constructed on the Memorial Medical Center campus since 1982, the project required extensive coordination alongside the simultaneous construction of the hospital’s $150 million North Tower Addition. Throughout construction, the team maintained safe traffic flow, minimized disruption to ongoing hospital operations, and worked closely with the architect, physician offices, and Sutter Gould facility directors to coordinate interior finishes and color selections.
