Project Overview & Scope

C.T. Brayton & Sons completed a major phase of the East Union High School Master Plan, transforming the campus through a combination of demolition, modernization, and new construction. The project included renovation of existing facilities, construction of a new 67,800-square-foot, two-story classroom building, a 18,930-square-foot gymnasium, and a 4,385-square-foot weight room, along with utility infrastructure improvements, landscaping, and site enhancements. Together, these improvements created a modern educational environment designed to support student success, athletics, and future campus growth.

The completed campus improvements provide East Union High School with modern learning environments and upgraded infrastructure that support both students and educators. By combining new construction with thoughtful campus modernization, C.T. Brayton & Sons helped create a more functional, efficient, and future-ready educational campus built to serve the community for years to come.
