Project Overview & Scope

C.T. Brayton & Sons completed Phase 2 of the Cardozo Middle School modernization project, constructing a new administration and classroom building along with associated site improvements. The project also included Phase 1 interim housing, providing temporary power, fire alarm, and low-voltage systems to maintain campus operations throughout construction. The result is a modern educational facility designed to better serve students, staff, and the Riverbank community.

The completed administration and classroom building provides Cardozo Middle School with updated learning environments and improved campus functionality. By carefully coordinating construction while the campus remained operational, C.T. Brayton & Sons delivered a modern educational facility that supports student success and the district’s long-term vision for the school.
