The Old Town Center Parcade was the first parking garage project C.T. Brayton & Sons, Inc. constructed. It is located in downtown Merced next to City Hall. The project included retail space and all tenant improvements, as requested by each lessee. Because of it’s prominent location, there was a great deal of community exposure and the project required daily informational meetings and updates for the City Manager and Mayor.
