MCOE Cooper Ave is a Lease Leaseback Project that involved converting pre-manufactured metal buildings into administrative offices, site specific warehousing, conference center, and associated parking and site upgrades. Building modernization included the repair and replacement of exterior metal siding, metal stud framing and all exterior and interior finishes.
