This Sutter Gould Medical Office Building is a two-story medical office building located in Turlock and is almost 38,000 square feet. It is a concrete tilt-up building Project consists of concrete tilt-up construction, prefinished architectural metal panels, and sunshades for optimal day light admittance. This facility replaced the Turlock Care Center.

Ripon Fire opens its 3rd station
RIPON – Ripon proper is now served by two fire stations.
A grand opening of the Ripon Consolidated Fire district’s third station designed with architecture to blend with nearby neighbors took place on Friday afternoon at North Ripon Road and East River Road.

Ripon Fire Station #3
Ripon Fire Station #3 is the newest fire station is Ripon, a 6,500 square foot residential fire station. The project included approximately one acre of site improvements and landscaping. It is a wood framed building with pre-engineered wood trusses placed on a concrete slab. The facility has a split HVAC system and required a new 400 amp main electrical service and a diesel powered generator.

Stanislaus County Institute of Learning
The Stanislaus County Institute of Learning is a 13,800 square foot wood-framed building. The Alternative Education building includes three classrooms totaling 3,780 square feet and an 7,995 square foot Multi-Purpose Building.

Old Weston School is Gone
RIPON – The crew of W.C. Maloney, Inc. has been paving the way for construction to begin soon at Weston Elementary School.
The Stockton-based professional wrecking and site-clearing contractors began demolition of the Ripon Unified campus about a month ago.
This process was one of the many moving parts of the voter-approved Measure G project.
“It’s been quite a process,” said Superintendent Bill Draa on Thursday.

State schools chief praises lawmakers at groundbreaking for special education building
BEACHWOOD – Tom Torlakson, state superintendent of public instruction, shared a major accomplishment Friday morning with local educators, the groundbreaking for a $1.9 million special education building on the campus of a Beachwood area elementary school.
Torlakson, state Sen. Anthony Cannella, R-Ceres, and Assemblyman Adam Gray, D-Merced, spoke briefly before ceremonial shovels of dirt were turned at Joe Stefani School on Ranchero Lane. All three were instrumental in getting state funding restored for the 5,600-square-foot special education facility.

The Lindbergh Maintenance Building was built in the center of the Lindbergh Corp Yard. The project was for a 20,000 square foot building that included 17,500 square feet of warehouse space and 2,500 of office space.

MCOE Cooper Ave is a Lease Leaseback Project that involved converting pre-manufactured metal buildings into administrative offices, site specific warehousing, conference center, and associated parking and site upgrades. Building modernization included the repair and replacement of exterior metal siding, metal stud framing and all exterior and interior finishes.
