The Memorial Hospital Family Birthing Center was done in a working hospital. All delivery rooms were remodeled and infant ICU was added onto the existing space. The specific challenges with this project was maintaining a quiet workspace and meeting all OSHPD standards. Walls were erected to cut down on the construction noise, and regular meetings were held with staff to check ourselves on noise and courtesy performance.
