Columbia Community College Library and Resource Center
The Columbia Community College Library and Resource Center proved to be quite challenging during construction. A class one reservoir was less than fifty yards from the construction site, the school’s day care was the site’s closest neighbor, and tight environmental restrictions had to be observed because of the status of the town of Columbia as a historically and environmentally protected location. The project completed in eleven months and was delivered on budget at $6.5 Million. The building received a design award.
