WATERFORD – The groundbreaking ceremony for the Police Services Building for the City of Waterford was this past Saturday, February 17, 2018. The new 4,200 square foot building is under construction adjacent to the Waterford City Hall. Those in attendance included Stanislaus County Board of Supervisors member Kristin Olsen and community members.
