Scholle Packaging
Scholle Packaging in Merced required new production areas built within and adjacent to their existing warehouse to streamline their packaging process. The project included the remodel of Warehouse 3, including new production areas, new utilities and infrastructure improvements, site and civil
work, and general commercial demolition and reconstruction. Approximately 46,000 square feet of Insulated Metal Panel (IMP) was added to the production space.
