RIPON – The Career Technical Education building at Ripon High is moving closer towards completion.
Andy Strickland, who is the Director of Facilities & Operations, made that announcement at last Thursday’s Ripon Unified school board meeting.
CT Brayton & Sons Construction has been spearheading this project on the two-story structure which will accommodate a number of career pathway courses, including classes in ag science, ag business, diesel mechanics, software & systems, and patient care, just to name a few.
“They also did a massive concrete pour for the walkways to the existing facility,” said Strickland.
This new walkway is also ADA compliant, he added.
CT Brayton began construction on the CTE Center in November 2022.
RHS, meanwhile, is looking forward to moving into the new facility in time for the start of the 2024-2025 school year.
