Sutter Gould Medical Foundation – 600 Coffee Road

This $37 million 132,227 square feet facility replaced the existing Sutter Gould Medical Foundation facility at 600 Coffee Road in Modesto. As a prominent landmark in the Modesto skyline for 50 years, much emphasis was placed on creating and building a new facility that would blend with the existing landscape of the city.
