Riverbank High School Gym and Track

Riverbank High School was in need of a new gymnasium and locker room facility after 30 years. It costs $11.3 Million and was constructed as a Lease-Leaseback Project. The new buildings includes a 27,900 square foot gymnasium and includes locker room/shower facilities, team rooms, an athletic training room, coach’s offices, and a lobby. In 2015, C.T. Brayton & Sons returned to Riverbank High School to install an all-weather track and complete site improvements.
