RIPON – Expect delays and cost increases on the redesign of Colony Oak Elementary School.
At Monday’s Ripon Unified school board meeting, Khush Gheyara, who is the chief financial officer of CFW Inc., detailed the reasons for that during his Measure G project update.
He pointed out to that the recent purchase of the adjacent three acres of land called for a redesign of the original plans, including reconfiguring the traffic circulation and layout such as the deceleration lane or drop-off zone on East Santos Road.
